1-BOOKING

TERMS & CONDITION FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
A booking can only be confirmed if a Deposit of no more than USD$100 is paid via Paypal.
In the eventuality Paypal is not available we accept cash money or cash money transfer.(please ask for details)
After we receive a Deposit an email of Booking Confirmation will be sent. No deposit can be refunded.
The full total balance for your stay will be due in Accra at the moment of the check in (any currency)
We do not accept credit cards in Accra
After payment is done we do not refund any balance,for any reason, for early check out.
2-DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit of Two Hundred dollars ( 200 US dollars) may be required against any unpaid rent due to extention of the stay,breakages,damage,missing items.In the event a deposit is not taken the tenant remain responsable for any rent owned,breakages,damage and missing items.
3-ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Apartment are reserved from 2pm on the arrival to 11 am on the day of departure.Any additional hours will be charged as an additional day unless otherwise aggred.
4-ACCOMODATION
Each Apartment is fully furnished,equipped and each kitchen will have necessary appliances,crockery,cutlery and utensilis.All linen is provvided and changed on a weekly basis ( towels everyday) along with a daily maid service.The number of persons permitted to occupay
each apartment is as specify on our Rates List and booking documents,any separate requirement is to be agreed.
5-EXTENTION OF THE STAY
After arrival a minimum of 4 days notice is required for extending the period of occupation.However,the Landlord reserve the right not to
agree to the extension.
